Learn Medical Coding LLC. Interactive Medical Billing Course is designed for four months of intense study, students that complete this course will be well prepared for careers in health information management, medical billing, and insurance processing. This comprehensive course introduces students to the medical coding, latest coding guidelines, and health plan claims completion instructions. Students will learn about managed care, legal and regulatory issues, medical coding and compliance, reimbursement methodologies, clinical documentation improvement, medical necessity, and common health insurance. There are course updates that cover new legislation that impacts health care, including changes to the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare); ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS level II coding; revenue cycle management; as well as individual health plans.    This course includes mock exams for  CMRS, CPC-P, and CPB.  This course includes a Learning Lab to take students understanding of the content to the next level by engaging in a multi-media experience. Students will also apply what they've learned in this course to complete a CMS-1500 form for  patient case studies 
 
Student's will have 4 months to complete this program.
